Notify clients of presence on
property.

Assign specific tasks to crew
members and supervise performance.

Enforce wearing of personal
safety equipment and conduct on job.

Designating break/lunch times.

Direct clean up of job-site
and securing of equipment on truck.

Inspect work, ensure it has
been completed satisfactorily.

Notify client that work has
been completed.
-
Keep accurate records of equipment,
time, and materials.
-
Make notes on job slip to keep
office staff up-to-date.
-
Upon arrival to office, return
trucks/equipment to yard.
-
Re-stock needed supplies on
truck with management’s approval.
-
Perform routine maintenance
on equipment, and notify office of any damages.
-
Keep office informed of any
changes in work schedule.
-
Insure cleanliness of trucks
and equipment.
-
Responsible for the prompt dispatch
of crews and other labor related cost savings.
-
Maintain good morale and handle
grievance appropriately.
-
Study and determine best way
to handle each job.
-
Control team productivity.
-
Use each team member to the
best of their ability.
-
Store equipment safely each
night to avoid loss or theft.
-
Know operating schedules and
maintenance dates for all equipment to avoid breakdown.
-
Possess pride in work and instill
same value in crew.
-
Speak positively about the work,
client, and company.
-
Be responsible for neighborhood
sales and estimates when sales person is not on site.
-
Performs other job related tasks
when asked.
-
Must have valid drivers license.
